Repair shop FAQs
Have a question about turnaround, repairs, or what to bring? Here are the most common ones.
How long does a tune take?
Turnaround depends on volume and repair needs. Quick waxes are often same-day; full tunes typically take 1–3 days during peak periods.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome. If you’re visiting for a trip, contact us ahead of time so we can recommend the best drop-off window.
Can you fix core shots?
We can assess most base damage in-shop. Minor to moderate gouges are usually repairable; severe core shots may require additional time or may not be serviceable.
Do you service snowboard bindings?
Yes—basic checks and adjustments are available. For mounting or major work, we’ll confirm compatibility and safety requirements before proceeding.
What should I bring with my gear?
Bring both skis/board and boots. For binding work, boots are required to verify fit and release settings.
What wax do you use?
We use temperature-appropriate wax and can recommend options based on the forecast and snow report.
