Do I need a reservation?
Walk-ins are welcome, but weekends and holidays fill up. Reserving ahead helps us fit you faster.
What should I bring for fitting?
Bring your ID and wear ski socks if you have them. We’ll size boots and set bindings based on your height, weight, and ability.
Can I switch equipment during the day?
Yes—if conditions change or sizing feels off, come back to the shop and we’ll help you swap.
Are helmets available?
Yes. Helmets are available as an add-on and recommended for all ages and ability levels.
What time should I return rentals?
